Our scout group is guided by a dedicated and highly qualified team of leaders who have undergone rigorous training through the Jordanian Association for Boy Scouts and Girl Guides, in Amman - Jordan. Many of our leaders proudly wear the The Wood Badge Neckerchief, a symbol of their commitment and achievement, and have completed advanced leadership courses to ensure the highest standard of mentorship for our members.

Supporting our leaders is a diverse and experienced board that includes ministers, priests, business professionals, and parents, all of whom bring valuable perspectives and guidance to our mission. At the peak of our board is our esteemed Father Dr. Ibrahim Dabour, whose wisdom and leadership inspire our community to grow in faith, service, and unity. Together, we are committed to empowering our scouts and fostering a vibrant, faith driven community.

تعمل مجموعتنا الكشفية تحت إشراف فريق متميز ومؤهل من القادة الذين خضعوا لتدريبات مكثفة ضمن الجمعية الأردنية للكشافة والمرشدات في عمّان – الأردن. العديد من قادتنا يعتزون بارتداء منديل الشارة الخشبية، الذي يعبر عن التزامهم وإنجازاتهم، وقد أكملوا دورات متقدمة في القيادة لضمان تقديم أعلى مستويات الإرشاد لأعضائنا.

يدعم قادتنا مجلس متنوع وذو خبرة يضم وزراء، كهنة، محترفين من قطاع الأعمال، وأولياء أمور، يساهم كل منهم برؤى قيّمة وإرشادات تعزز رسالتنا. على رأس هذا المجلس يقف الإيكونوموس الدكتور إبراهيم دبور، الذي تُلهمنا حكمته وقيادته للنمو في الإيمان، الخدمة، والوحدة. معًا، نعمل بروح واحدة على تمكين كشافتنا وبناء مجتمع نابض بالحياة ومتجذر في الإيمان.
